Siddhant Chaturvedi tensed his muscles. A recent Instagram photo showed an actor from 'Gehraiyaan' practicing hip flexor, to which he wrote: "Jai Jai Bajrang bali!" - refers to the classic pose struck by Lord Hanuman.

In the photo, Siddhant - posing shirtless - stretches his right arm while holding his left leg with his left hand and kneels backwards supported by his knee. Her right leg is bent at the knee, in a perfect 90-degree lunge position, so it looks like a smooth stretch.

Through this change in hip flexor training, the star has inspired its fans and followers to fit in as well.

For the unaltered, hip flexors consist of a group of muscles located in front of the hip that help bend the legs and knees, allowing them to move up to the body.

According to MedlinePlus, the hip flexor can be stretched when one or more of the hip flexor muscles is stretched or twisted. Other factors that lead to stretched hip flexors are - weak muscles, not warming up, muscle stiffness, trauma or falls, to name a few.

By stretching the hip flexor, you can expect to release some tension from your muscles and not be afraid of it until you start a demanding routine. These sections are important to prevent injuries and cramps.
