Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan can now travel outside India after a special NDPS court ordered the release of his passport. His passport was confiscated after Star kid was arrested last year in a drug bust on a cruise ship.

According to Live Law India, Judge VV Patil cancelled Aryan Khan's bail and denied bail. "Actually, no complaint was filed against the six people including the present applicant as no evidence emerged during the investigation. Dismissed," the court said in the order.

Aryan Khan was involved in a drug case in October last year after the Narcotics Control Bureau raided a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. Aryan was arrested on the night of October 2 along with several others. He was held for 28 days before he could post bail.

In May 2022, the National Central Bank gave him a clean slate in the drug bust case. The NCB in its charge sheet said that the complaint was not filed against 6 persons in the case due to lack of evidence and against another 14 persons a complaint was filed in the case under the provisions of the NDPS Act.
